    No, we don’t use wallpaper glitters or graded glitters, our glitters are manufactured with the highest sparkle content and is the highest quality glitter fabric that is currently produced.

    All of our own brand products are made to order by our master trades team. Each item is hand crafted for you in our Devon workshop in the UK.

    All our soft furnishings and upholstery are made to order, this can take between 1-5 weeks for the making process and dispatch.

    Orders can take unto 10 working days to be dispatched from order date. You will receive a dispatch notice and courier information when your item has been collected from us. Please check your spam folders for these.

    Due to the size of some of our products we have had a challenging time to find international shipping rates. for international shipping your item is measured by the volume matrix which incurs a large shipping charge. we make no profit on shipping charges.

    Due to previous items being damaged in transit, all larger its are sent without the legs attached. your item is marked as to where they should be attached and these can be done with a drill.

    No, your item is a bespoke made to order item for you . please check all colours and measurements before ordering as they can not be returned.

    Yes you can, please get in contact with us within 7 days of your item delivery. Your item can be sent back to us for a refund or exchange, it would need to be in the original new condition to which it was sent to you. Return shipping would be at your expense and will not be refunded. please note – bedding can only be returned in its original packaging and in a unused condition.
