    We are pleased to advise that we offer free UK shipping on our orders over £100.00  via UK couriers. this can take up to 10 working days ( if you have purchased a made to order item this will be the dispatch after it has been made between 1-6 weeks)

    damaged items need to be registered with us within 24hrs of delivery to process a claim after this time claims cannot be made.

    Please note once your item has left us, it will then be in the hands of the courier. We have a courier management team who deal with all of our deliveries ( Diamond Logistics). If a item is lost/damaged the courier management team will assist you. we will not be held responsible for items once they have left us. our high value items are tracked and require a signature . if you ask for your item to be left in a safe place this will be at your own risk and we will not be held responsible for this.

    Non Mainland areas of Scotland and Ireland – delivery available at a supplement, please ask for a quote before buying.


    We are happy to send your items to you If you live outside of the UK. However these items will not be covered for damage. Purchasing the items and having them sent outside of the UK would be at your own risk and we will not be held accountable for damage or refunds of damaged items. Unfortunately mirror and glass items can not be insured by the couriers so no claims would be able to be made on these items and no refunds would be issued for damage. By making a purchase you are agreeing to these terms.

    Shipping cost are made up of the volume matrix, Large items will be sent via international courier, smaller items will be sent United postal services and can take up to 20 days delivery , once you add your item to your cart and proceed to the checkout it will advise you of the shipping costs , items are sent at the lowest cost possible and can take up to 20 days shipping in some cases

    all of the prices on the website are in £ sterling. you can use google to covert to your currency. The cost which shows on the website will be converted from your currency by your bank, this will show differences due to the exchange rate for UK

    Other locations Please contact us via our contact us page and let us know which item you would like to purchase and your location. we will then find out the shipping charges for you, the shipping charge can be paid via Paypal.

    If you purchase a item to be sent to you without getting in contact with us first, we will send you a PayPal invoice with the postage amount to be paid. Please note a item will not be sent until postage has been paid.

    return shipping to us would be at your own cost and would not be refunded, also the shipping charge you have paid would not be refunded if items have been sent to you

    Please note for international shipping, Glass and Mirror items can not be covered for damage, the couriers will only insure these for lost.

    Import Tax

    please note that some over seas orders would be subject to import tax depending on the order amount. This is completely out of our control and is country dependent. the cost would be incurred to yourself and not to us. any costs and fees for this would have to be paid by yourself, awe can not be held responsible or liable for the fees.


    Made to order bespoke items are none returnable once they have been made and sent to you. it is your responsibility to check sizes, colours before the item is ordered.
    You must contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered if you wish to return a item. The return postage cost would be at your expense and will not be refunded by The Glitter Furniture Company items need to be returned in a resell-able condition and a refund will be processed.
    Bedding can only be returned in a unused condition and in its original packaging due to hygiene reasons.
